On Saturday, May 22, 2010 Geoffrey Mazullo, Adjunct Professor, School of American Law (SAL) – Poland delivered corporate governance training for the student/interns who will analyze Baltic listed companies for the NASDAQ OMX Baltic Market Awards (BMA) 2010. Mr. Mazullo is Chair of the BMA Evaluation Committee.
Through the Baltic Market Awards, the Baltic exchanges as well as market professionals wish to highlight as well as acknowledge companies who put effort and strive for excellence in their investor relations. With this yearly competition the exchanges encourage and motivate companies to pay attention to investor relations and adopt best practices. Each company is evaluated using more than 100 criteria, including the quality of annual and periodical reports, disclosures, web page and analysts’ opinions.
