Corporate Governance Training for Student/Interns Analyzing Companies for the NASDAQ Baltic Market Awards 2016 – Tallinn, Estonia – June 8, 2016

On June 8, 2016 Geoffrey Mazullo, Principal, Emerging Markets ESG and Adjunct Professor, School of American Law (SAL) – Poland delivered corporate governance and investor relations training for the student/interns who will analyze Baltic listed companies for the NASDAQ Baltic Market Awards 2016.  Mr. Mazullo is Chair of the Baltic Market Awards Evaluation Committee.

The training covered the following topics:  compliance:  corporate governance; disclosure; environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting; institutional investors’ use of ESG disclosures; investor relations; and shareholders’ rights.
