According to an article published on Supply Management on January 7, 2016 “Intel’s entire supply chain and every product it produces will be free of conflict minerals from this year.”
Intel’s CEO made the announcement at the Consumer Electronics Show 2016 in Las Vega. If successful, Intel would achieve the goal it set for itself two years ago.
